However, no discussion or action, by law, may be taken on the topic unless the item is on the agenda or until properly posted on a future agenda, other than to make statements of specific factual information in response to a citizen's inquiry or to recite existing policy in response to the inquiry.

4. CONSIDERATION ITEMS

1. Conduct a Public Hearing and Take Action on the request from Dana Leach, 307 Main Street, Weston, Texas, 75097 for a variance to the zoning ordinance and the sign code to allow for the replacement of a commercial sign located in the front yard setback and an increase in the allowable size of the sign, as well as lighting. [City staff will brief the Board on the request.]

    

2. Conduct a Public Hearing and Take Action on the request of Mark Birmes, 935 Chambersville Road, Weston, Texas for a variance to the sign code to allow a commercial sign to be installed in residential zoning district. [City staff will brief the Board on the request].

    

3. Conduct a Public Hearing and Take Action on the request from Roger Sotelo, 6270 FM 455, Weston, Texas 75097, for a variance for a reduction to the required lot size for the installation of an onsite sanitary sewer facility on the property located at 6270 FM 455.Collin CAD PID# R-6965-000-0210-1. [City staff to brief the Board on the request].
